備份及儲存各個 iOS 版本的 SHSH 認證檔案, 對於有破解 (越獄) 的用家來說非常重要. 備份 SHSH 認證將以便日後可以隨時降級回復到指定的 iOS 版本, 並再次進行破解 (越獄). 目前有多種方式可以備份 SHSH, 以下將會介紹使用 TinyUmbrella 備份 SHSH 認證檔案的方法. 以下教學不需要破解 (越獄) 亦可執行 SHSH 的備份工作.

1.) 使用 TinyUmbrella 開始備份 iPhone/ iPad/ iPod Touch/ Apple TV 的 SHSH
 |
1.1.) 把 iOS 主機連接至電腦, 並關閉 iTunes. 1.2.) 尋找 TinyUmbrella 軟件, 並右按滑鼠點選 Run as administrator. 注意事項 運行 TinyUmbrella 時, 電腦的 Port 80 必須留給 TinyUmbrella 使用; 注意不要使用 Skype 等軟件, 同時須確定防毒軟件/ 防火牆允許 TinyUmbrella 連線. |
2.) 開啟 Advanced 分頁設定 TinyUmbrella 軟件選項

2.1.) 軟件開啟後, 按下 Advanced 分頁. 2.2.) 尋找 Request SHSH From Cydia 選項. 2.3.) 並如左方圖示, 取消剔選這個選項. |
3.) 開始備份 iPhone/ iPad/ iPod Touch/ Apple TV 的 SHSH

3.1.) 完成設定軟件選項後, 返回 General 分頁. 3.2.) 軟件應已自行湞測了你目前的 iOS 主機. 3.2.) 軟件同時會列出你的 iOS 主機資訊, 按下 Save SHSH 按鈕. 注意事項 當你按下 Save SHSH 按鈕時, TinyUmbrella 將會尋找所有可以備份的 iOS 版本; 包括即時備份最新版本的 iOS SHSH 認證. |
4.) 正在備份 iPhone/ iPad/ iPod Touch/ Apple TV 的 SHSH

4.1.) 軟件正在處理你的請求, 請等侍 Tiny Umbrella 回應. 注意事項 當你按下 Save SHSH 按鈕時, TinyUmbrella 將會尋找所有可以備份的 iOS 版本; 包括即時備份最新版本的 iOS SHSH 認證. |
5.) 完成備份及檢查已備份的主機的 SHSH 備份檔案

5.1.) 當軟件完成備份 iOS 主機的 SHSH, 下方的進度條將會消失. 5.2.) 返回 General 分頁, 你會見到已備份最新版本的 SHSH. 5.3.) 你同時會看見只屬於該主機的所有 iOS 版本 SHSH 備份檔案. 5.4.) 請妥善保管好所有 SHSH 備份檔案.
